- It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine to negotiate on a sole source basis with RealNEtworks 2601 Elliott Ave Seattle, WA 98121 for professional services, under authority of FAR 6.302, for licensing renewal of proprietary software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-DEC-2005).
