- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued under the number PVA88853340100. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns, NAIC 813920. Acquisition will be based on Best Value. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plans to issue a purchase order for the following: Requirement is for ISO 9001:2000 Certification Body. Contract line items are as follows: 0001 Base year; 0002 Option Year One; 0003 Option Year two; 0004 Option Year Three; 0005 Option ISO Standards Transition Planning. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offeror, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
