- This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires 9 Creativity Software Tools for PK-12 Educational Technology Program. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-06-R-0008 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07, Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DCN 2006123. FSC Code: 7030, ADP Software, NAICS Code: 511210 Software Publishers, Size Standard: $23.0M. DoDEA is a Federal Government Agency, an education activity, and tax exempt. Offerors shall include the completed solicitation, price quotes, representations and certifications, amendments, (if applicable), etc with their solicitation package due by 3:00 p.m., EST, Monday, March 27, 2006. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov/) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is mandatory. Proposals shall include CAGE code, DUNS number, Tax ID number, email address, business size (large/small), and web site address, if applicable. No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to james.church@hq.dodea.edu. An amendment will be done to answer questions. Responses to inquiries will not be considered if received later than 24 February 2006.
