- Single award term contract for the period beginning date of award and ending December 31, 2006 plus up to three optional 12 month extension periods for the Departmnet of State. Specifications cover the production of loose leaf and self- and separate covered , saddle stitched, side stitched or perfect bound pamphlets.Operations include electronic prepress, film making, printing, folding, perforating, binding, packing, and distribution. Assumed production area 60-miles of Washington, DC. Copy pick-up, Washington, DC. Anticipate approximately 2 to 10 orders per month of approximately 2 to 800 pages for approximately 100 to 50,000 copies per order. Trim sizes from 6 x 9-1/2 to 8-1/2 x 16 inches. Printing in black and or up to three Pantone colors or in four color process. Quality level III required. Bid opening February 16, 2006.
