- NAVAIR Weapons Division Point Mugu, CA intends to issue Task Order 0005 on a sole source basis to Amherst Systems, Inc. for purposes of providing spares for NAVAIR WD's AMES II. Specific requirements include providing spares for AMES II system in the Electronic Combat Simulation and Evaluation Laboratory (ECSEL) supporting the EA-6B aircraft and demonstrating that certification of testing has been accomplished.
