- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for AV-8B Training Initial Spares for DV 2F1 prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote on a sole source basis to Aechelon Technology, Inc., and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-06. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, pCNova 1.0 Standard Node, P/N 001-0001-001, quantity 2 each; CLIN 0002, pCNova 1.0 Video Capture Node, P/N 001-0002-001, quantity 2 each; CLIN 0003, pCNova 1.0 SCRAMNet Node, P/N 001-0003-001, quantity 2 each. Delivery shall be made to MCAS Cherry Point, Bldg. 4066, 6th Avenue, MCAS Cherry Point, NC 28533-8019 for 1 each of each items and MCAS Yuma, AV-8B Flight Simulator Training Department, Bldg. 408, MCAS Yuma, AZ 85369-9100. Quote is due no later than 4:00 PM EST on February 16, 2006 and may be submitted electronically to mary.macclary@navy.mil or mailed to the address above.
