- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office, Chief of Chaplains, intends to award a sole source contract to Family Wellness Associates, 2905 Granite Creek Road, Scotts Valley, CA 95066-3815 for upcoming Strong Bonds-Building training events. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the NAICS code is 611710. Specifically, Family Wellness Associates will provide training and all presentation materials (i.e., manuals, charts, videotapes, workbooks, etc.) to 175 Army Chaplains . The training will be conducted at five (5) different locations, commencing 27 February 2006. The Period of Performance for this effort will be approximately twelve (12) months from contract award. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.3. This notice is not a Request for Quotes. There is no solicitation document and no Request for Proposal will be available for competitive proposals.
