- The Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West (ITEC4-W), Fort Huachuca, Arizona is providing this notification to request industry comments on a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the recompetition of Contract DAAB3 2-02-C-0004, Operation, Maintenance, and Supply Europe (OPMAS-E) for the 5th Signal Command, Germany. The information technology (IT) requirements to be provided under the OPMAS-E contract include operation, maintenance, supply and information technology services and support of communications and information systems located throughout the USEUCOM AOR, which includes Europe and parts of Africa. Currently, work is performed in Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the Balkans, but it is ant icipated that work will be added or shifted in the future to other countries that fall under 5th Signal Commands AOR. The OPMAS-E contractor also provides support to other U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD), and U.S. Government agenc ies and installations.
