- This RFQ is for Janitorial Services at the LBJ office located in Decatur, TX and Caddo Work Center located in Honey Grove, TX.This will be a Requests for Quotations which will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. The awarded contract will be for a base-year period from date of award thru September 30, 2006 with 4 additional option year periods. Award will be based upon experience, past performance and price. This project is open to small businesses. This solicitation should be available for downloading from this site on or about February 7, 2006. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out.
