- Local Drayage Services at Eielson AFB, AK is being offered as a 100% small business set aside for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 484210, with a small business size standard of $21,500,000. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and tools necessary to perform drayage of government-owned furnishings to/from warehouses, consolidated dormitories (CD), quarters on Eielson AFB, quarters on Fort Wainwright, and quarters off-base. Performance period for resultant services contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be from approximately 1 Apr 2006 through 30 Sep 2006 with 4 potential option year periods. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 8 February 2006 with a closing date of 22 February 2006, subject to change. This Request for Proposal is a Price Performance Tradeoff (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. The Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only, via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov). Potential offerors should register at www.fbo.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
