- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 0001 - 180 Utility Poles, 30 ft ? Class 3, creosote lightly treated (10 lbs); gained and drilled at 12? down crossarm (self-unloading arm required) Request delivery dates as follows: 1st - 50 poles, as soon as possible 2nd ? 70 poles, 1 June 2006 3rd ? 60 poles, 1 August 2006 0002 - 20 Utility Poles, 40 ft - Class 3, creosote lightly treated (10 lbs); gained and drilled at 12? down crossarm (self-unloading arm required) Request delivery dates as follows: 1st - 15 poles, as soon as possible 2nd ? 5 poles, 1 June 2006 FOB: Destination for delivery to 727 Missile Rd, Bldg 1927, Rm 33, Sheppard AFB TX 76311 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F3V5H16012A100. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 32114 , Size Standard, 500 Emp, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
