- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for linen transportation services to be provided between the VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS and the VA Medical Centers located in Wichita, KS and Columbia, MO. Contractor shall furnish drivers, tractors and four (4) 45? trailers. Contract will be for a base period of one year beginning April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on price, equipment/personnel and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Veteran-Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Status will be given more favorable consideration. Request for Quotation will be available on or about February 6, 2006. Due date for receipt of offers is March 6, 2006, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is March 20, 2006.
