- THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN RE ISSUED DUE TO INCREASE IN QUANTITY FOR "37". ALL OTHER TERMS REMAIN THE SAME. THIS PROCUREMENT IS AUTHORIZED BY PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER FPG05316000427, NSN 1560-01-293-5762; SUPPORT STRUCTURAL COMPONENT AIRCRAFT; BOEING CAGE 76301 (OEM) PART NUMBER 68A250535-1002. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOB: ORIGIN, WITH INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH DELIVERY ORDER AGAINST BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT BASIC QUANTITY OF 13 EACH WITH 100% QUANTITY OPTION. DELIVERY WILL BE 335 DAYS ARO. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. UTILIZING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THIS IS A CRITICAL ITEM USED ON THE F-15 AIRCRAFT. AUTOMATED BEST VALUE SYSTEMS(ABVS) WILL BE INCLUDED. PROCESS PAYMENTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WILL NOT BE REQUIRED. ITEM IS NOT USED IN THE COMMERICAL SECTOR. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR THIS REQUIREMENT ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS AGAINST AN EXISTING BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
