- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure sole source, part-numbered items manufactured by Tactair Fluid Controls, Inc., CAGE Codes 70236, 57817 and 99215. The Government has identified 1,149 NSNs for items that appear to be sole source to Tactair. These items will be added to the existing corporate contract, SP0400-03-D-9426, during the contract term. Any supplies to be furnished under this contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. This solicitation/contract will not include any items that have a competitive data package. Terms are FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. A list of the NSNs to be added can be obtained by contacting the Acquisition Specialist at Dale.Sherman@dla.mil. The closing date for the add-ons is March 23, 2006. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for review by the Engineering Support Activity.
