- This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 488190 and the Size Standard is $6 million. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued from Purchase Request F0X51N60100200. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08 effective 05 Jan 2006. The Government intends to award one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001) for Avionics Replacement in N647TM, Beech Baron B55B. Assumes that space is readily available for eat above listed equipment and associated antennae. If an ADF and/or DME are presently installed they will be removed. Audio panel installation includes 4-place intercom installation with dual music input jacks and pilot and co-pilot PTTs. All removed equipment is to be returned to the customer. Statement of Work (SOW): A copy of the SOW is available upon request from Capt Rochelle Smith at 781-377-3251. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR): FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offererors-Commercial Items; in accordance with (IAW) the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price; IAW FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal; Note: DFARS 252.225-7000 applies (Buy American Act with exceptions), and FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference.
