- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to replace Section C.4.2.4 in RFP SECHQ1-06-R-0045. C.4.2.4 Security Requirements - Delete in its entirety and replace as follows: "The Contractor shall comply with the Information Technology (IT) systems security and/or privacy specifications set forth herein: the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) of 2002; Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-130, Appendix III, A Security of Federal Automated Information Systems, and the applicable SEC IT security-related SEC Regulations, Operating Directives, Implementing Instructions, and Operating Procedures, which may be found at the following websites: FISMA: http://csrc.nist.gov/sec-cert/ OMB: http://csrc.nist.gov/policies/appendix_iii.pdf" All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.
