- This is the first refresh of solicitation 6FEC-E6-060173-B. Its purpose is to update that solicitation to incorporate the latest versions of 52.225-5, Trade Agreements (Jan 2006), 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jan 2006), and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implemenet Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items (Jan 2006 and other changes as noted in the solicitation. This is a standing solicitation under Multiple Award Schedule 51 V. Clause I-FSS-163, Option to extend the terms of the Contract (Evergreen) (APR 2000) is included in this solicitation. Therefore, contracts resulting from offers made under this solicitation will be for a base period of five years, with a potential for three, five-year option periods. The synopsis and solicitation which appeared 02-02-06 are reposted here in order to correct minor clerical errors.
