- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-06-T-0051 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the lastest edition of the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted, sole source, basis NAICS Code 561621; The Combined Bachelor Quarters, NAS Jacksonville Fl, requires additional equipment for their Timelox Key Card System already installed and active: 150 each TL2300 Silicon Electronics, 105 each TL Lock case UL LH 70MM, 105 each TL Lock case UL RH 70MM, 10 each 2300 Lock Communication Cable, 7 each 2300 HCU/Local Terminal, 7 each HCU Power Unit, 25,000 Timelox Generic Key Cards.
