Amendment Number 0002 to I5320060041, Johnson Beach Road Rehabilitation (Phase II) to add prebid/site visit meeting minutes and to clarify that these minutes are for Reference Only. Discussion at the pre bid meeting does not change the scope of work or the bid schedule in the solicitation. The Contractor must bid in accordance with the scope of work and bid to the exact bid schedule in the solicitation. Changes can only be made by the Contracting Officer.
