- Furnish all labor, personnel, vehicles, transportation, equipment, and supplies, necessary to perform Park Attendant Services for the upcoming recreation season at three lake projects in the Rough River Lake Area, located in Central Kentucky, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District. Period of performance will be for one base year, the 2006 recreation season, and two options for contract renewal for two additional one-year periods (2007 and 2008). Multiple awards will be made from t his RFQ. Campgrounds covered under this solicitation are: Cave Creek Campground, Laurel Branch Campground, North Fork Campground. Award of this RFQ will be based on BEST VALUE to the Government. See FAR Clause 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999). All RFQs will be evaluated on EXPERIENCE, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND PRICE. All information pertaining to these evaluation c riteria MUST be submitted with your quote. Pricing MUST be submitted for the Base Period as well as the corresponding Option Periods. You may submit quotes for more than one location. This RFQ is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business only NAICS 721211 ($6 Million) All information technology purchases must meet the standards in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
