NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Huntsville, AL proposes to acquire, on a sole sources basis from EFW Inc. Cage Code 94580 a quantity of 120 Symbology Display Units (SDUs) P/N IH-013A-00 and corresponding helmet visors. The Government intends to award a contract under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. There is no technical data packages available. EFW is the designer and developer of SDU. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
