- The U.S Government National Small Arms Center (NSAC) solicits the members of the National Small Arms Technology Consortium (NSATC) and Welcomes applications for new members, for proposals on a DRAFT requirement enhanced performance of the IAR. Request for Project Proposal responses are expected to conform to the direction and guidance presented in this DRAFT RPP. This DRAFT RPP is open to the members of the NSATC and NSAC and applications for new members. The RPP will be posted on or around February 3, 2006. If you are a member or would like to become a member please contact Ms. Barbara Burns, EME1BMT@aol.com, 703-212-8030. A firm-fixed price payable milestone action shall be utilized for this effort. The DRAFT Request for Project Proposal RPP shall be available electronically at the NSAC WebSite on or about 6 FEBRUARY 2006. If you are a member and do not receive a copy of the RPP within a week of this notice contact Ms. Barbara Burns. This RPP shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind. The Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. If you are interested in becoming a member you must fill out an application. Proposals are due March 6,2006 1300.
