- Description
- This project consists of all plant, material, labor, supervision, permits, and permit procurement to Convert a Storage Facility to a Simulation Training Suite. Work will include, but is not limited to: interior construction to convert approx 8600 S F of a recently constructed storage space into classrooms, simulation suites and toilet rooms. Includes metal stud and gypsum board wall systems, access flooring, finishes, accessories, an HVAC system, plumbing, power distribution, lighting, communication s, and fire detection. Additive Bid Item 1 includes completion of Lab S167 and Additive Bid Item 2 includes completion of a breakroom S168. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid opening date will be on or about 20 March 2006. Construction time will be one hundred twenty two (122) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
