- The U.S Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir Virginia intends to issue a solicitation for Rental of Vehicles for the Joint Air Defense Operations Center,JADOC,Bolling AFB Washington DC. The estimated number of v ehicles per month, for this 7 month base period are 3 Sport Utility Vehicles, 19 Sedans,18 Minivans and 29 pickup trucks. All vehicles must be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contract will contain a base period of 7 months and a one year 12 month option year. The period of performance for the base period will be March 1, 2006 to September 30, 2006 and the 12 month option year period of performance will be October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007, subject to availability of fi scal year 07 funds. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 13, 2006. This proposed solicitation will be 100% small business set aside. The NAICS is 532111 and the size standard is $21.5 million. Prospective offerors must be regist ered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration(CCR)database prior to award of the government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for award. All interested sources are respo nsible for frequent review of the ASFI/FedBizOpps websites to ensure that they are kept current on any applicable documents added after the solicitation is issued, no hard copies will be issued for this solicitation.
