This acquistion is for a full and open competition. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 325120. This solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
