Description: It is the Goverments intent to award a sole source purchase order to RTCA, Inc. to engage in studies of aviation related issues and problems, providing technical solutions and recommendations to the U.S. Air Force and aviation community at Andrews AFB, MD. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The period of performance will be for 1 Oct 05 - 30 Sep 06. All conractors submitting any proposal to the Government must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
