Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Supervisors Office Building: The principal features of work are to re-stain the exterior wood siding, wood trim, wood soffit and fascia, re-paint all exterior metal doors, door frames, metal windows, frames, metal.handrails, guard rails, and exterior structural steel beams The required work will also include sanding and revarnishing three exterior, wooden doors and removal / replacement of exterior expansion joint material. This project is to be completed within 60 calendar days. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-06-0021, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and will be available for downloading on or about February 17, 2006 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A Pre-Bid Visit date will be included in the solicitation. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. A handbook and other information is available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process.
