Description: USDA, APHIS has determined in accordance with FAR 19.406, that the requirement for a general contractor to provide labor, services, material and equipment necessary to repair the Consumat C-125P Incinerator located in the animal support wing of the main building at the National Veterinary Services Laboratories can be satisfied by a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. At this time, this procurement will not be available for competitive award. Should negotiations with the SDVOSB reveal that the requirments of FAR 19.406 are not met, the solicitation will then be placed on this site for full and open competition.
