- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Rack, Battery. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 6160-01-113-1140; Base and Option year EAQ: 196 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Destination; 90 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 21 February 06. The anticipated award date is 26 May 06. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
