- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Although this is a combined synopsis/solicitation, please refer to the hard copy solicitation available on the Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/. You must submit your quote on the hard copy solicitation. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select ?Search RFPs.? Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 08 February 2005, with a closing date of 01 March 2006. Solicitation number SP0406-06-R-1342 is issued as request for proposal (RFP.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. Purchase request YPG05293000624 for NSN 9150-01-209-2684, Lubricating Oil, Helicopter Transmission, will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 57,600 QT with a 100% option. Unit can contains 1 quart. Requested delivery is 90 DARO for stock lines to AQ5, Tracy, CA (9,600 QT) and SRG, Richmond, VA (19,200 QT) for the unrestricted and partial set-aside portions.
