CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT WITH A BASE YEAR AND FOUR ONE-YEAR OPTIONS. SOLICITED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. TERMS: FOB DESTINATION, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR THE BASE YEAR IS 108 EACH. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY FOR EACH OPTION YEAR IS 108 EACH. THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM IS 27 EACH AND IS FOR THE BASE YEAR ONLY. THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 27 EACH FOR THE BASE AND EACH OPTION YEAR. THE MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY IS 108 EACH FOR THE BASE YEAR AND FOR EACH OPTION YEAR. THE MAXIMUM CONTRACT QUANTITY FOR ALL FIVE YEARS IS 1,080 EACH. REQUESTED DELIVERY IS 96 DAYS. SURGE AND SUSTAINMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS NSN. THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.
