- Fiber Rope, Cordage and Twine 107 NSNs, FSC 4020 Resulting contract will be a fixed price w/ EPA, indefinite quantity contract (IQC). Base period is for one year with four one-year options. All items have Qualified Suppliers List for Manufacturers/ Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLM/QSLD) requirements. Note 23 applies. Qualification criteria can be obtained at the QLSM/QSLD General Information web page at http://www.dscp.dla.mil/gi/prod_services/qsl.htm. All contractors must be on the QSLM/QSLD in order to be eligible for award. Majority of items are set-aside for 8(a). However, all qualified non-8(a) small businesses are invited to submit offers for these items. In the event that no 8(a) contractor can meet the fair market price for these items, offers from qualifed non-8(a) small businesses will be considered. All non-8(a) items will be set-aside for small business. Drawings required. Deliveries will be to various CONUS stock depots. Required delivery is 90 days. Award will be made using low price, technically acceptable procedures.
