- The proposed procurement is for NSN 4810-01-419-7011, SLEEVE AND SLIDE, DIRECTIONAL CONTROL for a quantity of 48 to be delivered to Tracy, California. Requested delivery is 125 days for base, price break ranges, and option quantity, FOB Destination. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for a quantity of 24, and price break ranges 16 to 96 each. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). The approved source is EFS Aerospace, Inc., Cage 61898, Part Number 30276. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Numbered notes 12 and 26 are applicable. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement is appearing in solicitations.
