- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations Center, El Paso, Texas, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Triumph Gear Systems Inc.; 6125 Silver Creek Drive; Park City, UT 84068-0910 for the overhaul of two each OH6 main rotor hubs part number 369A1200-619. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No telephone inquiries. SEE NOTE 22. The time for response is changed to read ten (10) days from the date of this notice.
