Offerors that submitted New Embassy Compound prequalification packages on December 15, 2005 may submit a Letter of Interest for Annex Building project prequalification............ • 3. Revised Prequalification Package submission date: February 21, 2006................ See attached THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking to pre-qualify firms for Design-Build services for the execution of Standard Embassy Design (SED) New Annex (NOX) Building project. The project will consist of the design and construction of an annex building to house various US Governmental functions in Tbilisi Georgia.....
