Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office/warehouse space consisting of approximately 70,881 rentable sq. ft in Durham, North Carolina within the following designated area: North: Alexander Drive, South and East : Durham County Line, West: NC Highway 55. The space should yield 61,636 ANSI/BOMA usable sq. ft. Surface Parking is required for 40 vehicles including 2 reserved non-secured government spaces. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 10 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 15, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain. Please submit proof/certification that property is not located in a Flood Plain. Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Proof of ownership is mandatory. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
