- MODIFICATION TO EXTEND THE DELINEATED AREA TO THE FOLLOWING POSTAL CODES - LOCATIONS: 19023 - DARBY, PA 19050 - LANSDOWNE, PA 19082 - UPPER DARBY, PA 19026 - DREXEL HILL, PA 19079 - SHARON HILL, PA 19083 - HAVERTOWN, PA The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,032 rentable square feet in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania within the following delineated area: North: West Chester Pike (U.S. Route 3) East: Carol Boulevard to Hazel Road South: Garret Road West: Burmont Road to Drexel Avenue/Eagle Road The space should yield 7,046 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
