- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 11,430 rentable square feet in Yakima, Washington. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 9,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet to a maximum of 9,950 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The office shall be located on no more than two contiguous floors and shall not be located on a first floor. There shall be four reserved parking spaces. The office space shall be located within the environs of Yakima, Washington, beginning at the intersection of Highway 82 and Terrace Heights Drive; thence East along Terrace Heights Drive to the intersection of Terrace Heights Drive and Keys Road; thence South on Keys Road to the intersection of Highway 24; thence West on Highway 24 to Interstate 82; thence South along Interstate 82 to its proximate intersection with Ahtanum Road; thence West on Ahtanum Road to its intersection with 36th Avenue; thence North on 36th Avenue/Spring Creek Road/40th Avenue to the intersection of 40th Avenue and Summitview Avenue; thence East on Summitview Avenue to its intersection with Yakima Avenue; thence West on Yakima Avenue to South 1st Street; thence North on 1st Street to Lincoln Avenue; thence East on Lincoln Avenue to the intersection of Highway 82; thence South to intersection of Highway 82 and Terrace Heights Drive and point of beginning. The proposed lease is for ten years, ten years firm with the option to expand 1,000 sq.ft. contiguously after the firm term. Space must be fully serviced. The Government will consider sites for a build-to-suit project. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 26, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
