Description
The Government intends to procure a Multi-Link System Test and Training Tool (MLST3) System with Links 11, 16, 4A (PCI). The MLST3 simulates a coordinated battle space to stimulate a platform's data link processing system software and sensors (via DIS) simultaneously. MLST3 interacts dynamically with the system under test and records its responses. The operator can use MLST3 to define a repeatable scenario, perform tests, and conduct both real-time and post test analysis. This is the full triple-link system for Links 11, 4A, and 16 and runs applications currently in use by the U.S. Navy. The system includes: One each Intel-based quad processor open architecture server with Links 11, 16 and 4A. Four each Intel-based workstations for graphics display or test message monitoring. One each printer. One each interface Kit for Satellite J, UK STDL, US Message Text Formatting, Link 11B, and Normalized data base (N-series) message monitoring. One each MLST3 Link 11B Interface Kit (PCI). The MLST3 Link 11B Interface Kit consists of a PCI interface circuit card, an internal transition cable, connector panels, and factory integration into an MLST3 server. This kit provides an MLST3 or MLTT with Link 11B interface using baseline MLST3 computer programs. One each MLST3 Satellite TADIL J (SAT-J) Interface Kit (PCI). The MLST3 SAT-J Interface Kit consists of a PCI interface circuit card, an internal transition cable, connector panels, host and terminal connection cables, and factory integration into an MLST3 server. This kit provides an MLST3 or MLTT with Satellite TADIL J interface capability using baseline MLST3 computer programs. One each MLST3 PCI Time Reference Receiver circuit card kit. One each MLST3 JREAP-C legacy interface kit. One set cables for a KG-40 USQ-125 data terminal, transmit/receive. One set extension cables for a KG-40 DTS. Offer shall include Travel to install on site at MCTSSA and on site training for 5 days for up to 10 students. Items shall be shipped F.O.B.
