- Pre-Solicitation Information Project is 100% small business set-aside. Technical inquiries as well as site inspection arrangements can be directed to Quincy Ranger Field Station, Dennis Franks or Ed Adcox, Park Rangers, 217/228-0890. (Collect Calls Not Accepted). Approximate solicitation issue date is 8 February 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Electronic bidding is not acceptable for this solicitation. Pros pective bidders should send their proposal to the address indicated on the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date from the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is, therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotation may render your quote non-respons ive and may result in the rejection of the same. The apparent successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. No Contract Award will be made to an offeror until this requirement is met.
