- EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT - UNRESTRICTED for Lake Pontchartrain, LA, and Vicinity, Phase II Floodwall Repair, London Avenue Canal Breach near Mirabeau Avenue, New Orleans, LA. The proposed structures and improvements include constructing a reinforced co ncrete pile founded T-wall replacing the damaged I-wall monoliths near the Mirabeau Avenue bridge on the east side of the London Avenue Canal. Site work include, selective demolition, placement of backfill and miscellaneous clearing. Estimated between $1 0,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00.
