- This is an EMERGENCY, UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Clearing and grubbing, excavation, placing and compacting fill, placing flowable fill, placing bedding material, placing separator geotextile f abric, placing concrete slope paving, grading, and fertilizing, seeding and mulching. Estimated cost is $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. Proposals are due 6 February 2006, 11:00 a.m., local time and place.
