- The US Government, TACOM-ARDEC intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis with Heckler & Koch Defense Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). This effort is for the manufacture and delivery of Five (5) inert Training Aids/Display Models. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Numbered Note 22.
