- Amendment to Solicitation Number W911QY-06-R-0005 for the updated Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) in the new Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). A Pre-Proposal Conference Day will be held on 16 February 2006, at 9:00 AM at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Exact building and room location and in processing information will be provided to responding participants prior to the conference. To attend, all interested companies must contact Michelle Miller via email at Michelle.Miller@natick.army.mil with th e following information: 1) Name of each attendee (limit 5 attendees per company); 2) Citizenship, if a non-US Citizen you must provide your place of birth; and 3) Telephone number of a point of contact at the company for this event.
