This Request for Information seeks to gather information, comments, recommendations, and capabilities in the market by those who can provide training and technical support services for geological laboratory equipment used to restore partial oil exploration capabilities to the Iraqi Oil Exploration Company (OEC). This project is tandem to the procurement of specialized scientific laboratory equipment to be acquired under W91GXX-06-Q-0010 (separate, yet simultaneously issued). THIS RFI IS TO GATHER INFORMATION ONLY AND WILL AFFECT THE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY ON ACQUIRING TRAINING/TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.
