This RFP seeks to procure geological laboratory equipment and services that are required to restore partial oil exploration capabilities of the Iraqi Oil Exploration Company (OEC). This project will comprise of specialized scientific laboratory equipment. Note: A separate Request for Information (RFI) is being issued as W91GXX-06-Q-0010a as research to gather interest/capabilities present in the market to fulfill the OPTIONS presented in solicitation W91GXX-06-Q-0010. Offerors able to provide both the equipment and training/technical support service are encouraged to respond to all CLINs and subCLINs in a fully priced proposal.
