- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center (90C), intends to solicit for the LEASE of a Mobile Computerized Tomography (CT) Unit for the VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV 25704. NO staffing will be required due to VA Medical Center staff being utilized to operate this unit. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing and in accordance with technical evaluation factors listed in order of precedence in the Description/Specs/Work Statement as detailed in the solicitation package. The period of performance will be a base year with three (3) one-year option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion if so determined. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 621512, threshold of $12.5 million. It is mandatory that ALL contractors be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration) at www.ccr.gov. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available on or after February 2, 2005 at www.fedbizopps.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF WILL BE AVAILABLE. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued.
