- Solicitation SP0600-06-R-0510 is for contract services and ancillary facilities to receive, store, protect, and ship the following Government-owned petroleum products: turbine fuel aviation grade JP8, Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII), and Conductivity Additive (SDA) in the Alamogordo, NM area for the period beginning 1 November 2006 through 31 October 2011 (five-year multiyear contract with 3 five-year options). The area of consideration may be a location within 20 mile radius of Holloman AFB, NM and within 100 mile radius of the El Paso, Texas. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposal in accordance with Clause L116.01, DATA REQUIREMENTS (STORAGE) (DESC NOV 2003). Minimum of two tanks required (120,000 bbls of fill capacity, interconnected and isolated from other facilities). Each tank shall be capable of receiving pipeline tender of 27,000 bbls.
