PRON: AX699786, NSN: 2840-01-241-7465, PN: 6039T10G06, Quantity: 273 each minimum/1,393 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engine . FOB Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 273 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 273 each, 240 DACA. This item is restricted to General Electric Company, Cage Code 99207 because manufacture of this part requires use of master or coordinated tooling. Only one set of tooling exists and cannot be made available to another source for manufacture o f this part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to id entify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All respons ible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
