- W15QKN-06-T-8520 IET SOLUITIONS. Subscription RTU License Support Renewal for Benet Labs The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny intends to award on a sole source basis with IET Solutions Framingham, MA for Software Subscription License Right to Use Support Renewal in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302- 1 Only One Responsible Source...because IET Solutions has proprietary software rights, copyrighted patent rights, and source codes required to access the software, and is the sole developer, distributor and manufacturer of iTSM Applications, Developers Studio, Detached Server, and Provider. The contractor will quote Monthly Cost for a period of performance of 15 months for each software listed above. Quantity is 1 for iTSM, 2 for Developers Studio, 4 for Detached Server, and 30 for Provider. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. All responsible sources, however, may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency.
